Paraglider:

1 – Cancellation, rescheduling or postponement due to bad weather:

The activity can be postponed, rescheduled or canceled at any time by the pilot(s) in charge if they consider that the weather conditions are not adequate to carry out the activity safely.

The flight can be postponed up to 2 hours in case it is considered that the weather condition may improve in the immediate future. For this reason, the client must have two extra hours (3 hours in total) to the stipulated to do the activity. In case the client does not have that time, the company reserves the right to refund the reservation money.

The flight may be rescheduled or canceled in the event that the weather condition is deemed unsuitable and will not improve in the foreseeable future. The rescheduling will be agreed with the client.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the client will be refunded the total amount of the reservation.

2 – Cancellation or rescheduling for other reasons:

In the event that the client decides to cancel the reservation less than 48 hours in advance, the company reserves the right to return the reservation money.

In case the client does not show up at the time of the appointment, the company can cancel the reservation without refunding the reservation money.

In case the client decides not to carry out the activity once in the place, the company reserves the right to reimburse the reservation money and/or the total cost of the activity.

In the event that the client shows up in an obvious state of intoxication, the activity will be canceled without the right to a refund of the money.

3 – Photos and videos

The company is not responsible for failures in the filming equipment that prevent taking photos and/or filming it.
The pilot may decide not to take the photos and/or videos during the flight if he considers that this compromises the safety of the flight.
The number of photos and length of the video may vary.
The delivery time for photos and videos can be up to 48 hours.

4 – Flight

The practice of free flight involves flying without any means of artificial propulsion, so the flight time is an estimate and depends largely on the weather conditions of that day.

EXTENDED FLIGHT:

In the event that the minimum flight time cannot be met, only the value of the STANDARD FLIGHT will be charged.

GROUP FLIGHTS:

In case there are two people and one of them cancels the activity within the previous 48 hours, the company will not refund the reservation and will charge the person who does the activity the remaining balance to cover the price of the STANDARD FLIGHT.

It will be prioritized that people who contract in a group fly simultaneously. Although they can be divided into different shifts according to the weight of the people and the availability of tandem pilots.

5 – Transportation of companion to takeoff:

The escort service at takeoff is subject to space availability in the transport vehicle. In case of not having a place, the value of the reserved transport service will be reimbursed.

Helicopter:

B.Below are the terms and conditions applicable to the contracting and use of the “City Experience” product. By contracting and using this product, you accept and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1.Al contracting the “City Experience” through the SkyTour platform, you accept and understand that SkyTour only acts as a booking and coordination platform, and assumes no responsibility for the services provided by Helifly MZA. Any dispute or claim related to helicopter flight must be resolved between the customer and Helifly MZA in accordance with its terms and conditions.

2.Product Description: “City Experience” is a package that includes a 15-minute helicopter flight that can accommodate up to 3 passengers. The tour includes transfer from the city to the Aeroclub La Puntilla and visit to places such as Lake Parque San Martín, the City, Cerro de la Gloria, Pedemonte and return to Aeroclub La Puntilla.

3. Reservations and availability: The hiring of the “City Experience” is subject to the availability of dates and times. It is recommended to book in advance to ensure flight availability. The reservation is considered confirmed once the full payment of the product has been made.

4.Payment and cancellation: Full payment of the product must be made before carrying out the activity. In case of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation policies will apply:

a) Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance: a full refund of the amount paid will be made.
b) Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance: The company reserves the right to refund the value of the reservation.

5.Cancellation or rescheduling for other reasons:

a) In case the client does not show up at the time of the appointment, the company can cancel the reservation without refunding the money of the reservation.

b) In case the client decides not to carry out the activity once in the place, the company reserves the right to refund the money of the reservation and / or the total cost of the activity.

c) In the event that the client is in an obvious state of drunkenness, the activity will be canceled without the right to reimbursement of the money.

6.Safety and responsibility: The safety of passengers is a priority. Passengers must follow all instructions and recommendations provided by the pilot and helicopter flight company staff. The supplier is not liable for any injury, damage or loss that may occur during the flight, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the supplier.

7.Weather conditions: The flight is subject to favourable weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled if conditions are not suitable for flying. In case of cancellation due to weather reasons, the option to reschedule the flight will be offered or a full refund will be made.

8.Modifications and changes: Any modification in the date, time or route of the flight is subject to availability and approval of the supplier. An additional charge may apply for modifications made at the customer’s request.

9.Product Usage: The “City Experience” product is designed for recreational and tourist use. The use of the product for commercial purposes or any other unauthorized use without the prior written consent of the supplier is not permitted.

1.Al contracting the “Potrerillos Experience” through the SkyTour platform, you accept and understand that SkyTour only acts as a booking and coordination platform, and assumes no responsibility for the services provided by Helifly MZA. Any dispute or claim related to helicopter flight must be resolved between the customer and Helifly MZA in accordance with its terms and conditions.

2.Product Description: “Potrerillos Experience” is a package that includes a 15-minute helicopter flight with capacity for a maximum of 3 passengers. The tour includes transfer from the city to the Aeroclub La Puntilla and visit to places such as Viñedos de Lujan, Rio Mendoza, Cacheuta, Potrerillos Dam, Hotel Potrerillos, return Aeroclub La Puntilla.

3. Reservations and availability: The hiring of the “Potrerillos Experience” is subject to the availability of dates and times. It is recommended to book in advance to ensure flight availability. The reservation is considered confirmed once the full payment of the product has been made.

2.Product description: “Tupungato Experience” is a package that includes a 15-minute helicopter flight that can accommodate up to 3 passengers. The tour includes transfer from the city to the Aeroclub La Puntilla and visit to places such as Zono vitivinicloa Tupungato, winery at the client’s choice with landing option.

3. Reservations and availability: The hiring of the “Tupungato Experience” is subject to the availability of dates and times. It is recommended to book in advance to ensure flight availability. The reservation is considered confirmed once the full payment of the product has been made.

4.Payment and cancellation: Full payment of the product must be made before carrying out the activity. In case of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation policies will apply:

A.General terms and conditions Helicopter:

1.SkyTour Platform: Please note that the SkyTour platform acts as an intermediary for the reservation and coordination of the “City Experience” “Potrerillos Experience” “Tupungato Experience” or another helicopter flight adapted to the client’s request with the company Helifly MZA, who is responsible for providing the helicopter flight service. SkyTour facilitates communication between customers and Helifly MZA, as well as the management of payments and booking confirmations. Any query, change or claim related to the “City Experience” “City Experience” “Potrerillos Experience” “Tupungato Experience” or other helicopter flight adapted to the customer’s request must be directed directly to Helifly MZA, since they are the direct providers of the helicopter flight service. SkyTour is not responsible for the services provided by Helifly MZA and any problems related to the execution of the flight must be dealt with directly with them.
