Terms and Conditions

1 – Cancellation, rescheduling or postponement due to bad weather:

The activity can be postponed, rescheduled or canceled at any time by the pilot(s) in charge if they consider that the weather conditions are not adequate to carry out the activity safely.

The flight can be postponed up to 2 hours in case it is considered that the weather condition may improve in the immediate future. For this reason, the client must have two extra hours (3 hours in total) to the stipulated to do the activity. In case the client does not have that time, the company reserves the right to refund the reservation money.

The flight may be rescheduled or canceled in the event that the weather condition is deemed unsuitable and will not improve in the foreseeable future. The rescheduling will be agreed with the client.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the client will be refunded the total amount of the reservation.

2 – Cancellation or rescheduling for other reasons:

In the event that the client decides to cancel the reservation less than 48 hours in advance, the company reserves the right to return the reservation money.

In case the client does not show up at the time of the appointment, the company can cancel the reservation without refunding the reservation money.

In case the client decides not to carry out the activity once in the place, the company reserves the right to reimburse the reservation money and/or the total cost of the activity.

In the event that the client shows up in an obvious state of intoxication, the activity will be canceled without the right to a refund of the money.

3 – Photos and videos

The company is not responsible for failures in the filming equipment that prevent taking photos and/or filming it.
The pilot may decide not to take the photos and/or videos during the flight if he considers that this compromises the safety of the flight.
The number of photos and length of the video may vary.
The delivery time for photos and videos can be up to 48 hours.

4 – Flight

The practice of free flight involves flying without any means of artificial propulsion, so the flight time is an estimate and depends largely on the weather conditions of that day.

EXTENDED FLIGHT:

In the event that the minimum flight time cannot be met, only the value of the STANDARD FLIGHT will be charged.

GROUP FLIGHTS:

In case there are two people and one of them cancels the activity within the previous 48 hours, the company will not refund the reservation and will charge the person who does the activity the remaining balance to cover the price of the STANDARD FLIGHT.

It will be prioritized that people who contract in a group fly simultaneously. Although they can be divided into different shifts according to the weight of the people and the availability of tandem pilots.

5 – Transportation of companion to takeoff:

The escort service at takeoff is subject to space availability in the transport vehicle. In case of not having a place, the value of the reserved transport service will be reimbursed.
